A swing set swing is a must for any playground or swing set. After all, what good is a quality swing set or playground without some cool swings? Today's swing sets and playsets ar e more elaborate and fun than ever before and the choices for a swing set swing are almost infinite .Swings must be made of durable material in order to survive the great outdoors.  Most swings are constructed of durable rubber or co-poly materials that stand up to harsh UV rays and blistering heat and cold.  Most of the hardware on swings is galvanized or coated in zinc to resist corrosion.  Most swings come with either chain or rope between the swing seat and the swing set or playground beam.  Chains will last longer and are in general more heavy duty than rope.  Chain should be either zinc plated or galvanized to resist corrosion.  When it comes to a swing set swing there are many types.  Some common names for a swing set swing are:  toddler swing, infant swing, tire swing, bucket swing, belt swing, strap swing and many more.   Different parts of the United States can call swings different name.   For instance, another name for a belt swing is a sling swing or strap swing.  They are all the same swing, but different part's of the country use the terms differently. Swing set swings are usually universal.  This means you can buy a swing from almost any vendor and it should fit your playset or playground. The only thing you have to be concerned about is how your new swing will connect to the structure of your swing set.  Swing hangers are the link between the swing and the structure.  Be sure to choose the right hanger.  Most hangers come with spring clips or quick links to keep the swing secure.
